HomeCare includes eligible repairs to standard steel panel radiators, including single-panel and double-panel radiators. If a standard radiator cannot reasonably be repaired, BetaFlo covers the fitting labour and you supply a suitable compatible standard replacement radiator. All towel rail replacements and designer or decorative radiator replacements are excluded.
Towel rails may be assessed for eligible mechanical repairs only. Attendance within 24 hours is a target, subject to availability, access, parts and circumstances—not a guarantee of repair within 24 hours. All cover is subject to the full agreement.
