1. About us

These terms govern your use of the BetaFlo Heating Solutions website (www.betaflouk.com) and the boiler installation, servicing and repair services we provide. We are a Gas Safe registered heating company operating across Tamworth, Staffordshire and the West Midlands. You can contact us at admin@betaflouk.com.

2. Quotes and pricing

• Online quotes are indicative fixed prices based on the information you provide.
• Final pricing may change after an on-site or video survey if conditions differ from what you described.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise in writing.
• All prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Booking and payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your installation date.
• The balance is due on completion of the work, unless finance has been arranged.
• We accept bank transfer, card and approved finance options.

4. Workmanship and warranty

All installations are completed by Gas Safe registered engineers and notified to Gas Safe and your local building control. Manufacturer warranties (up to 10 years on Worcester Bosch and Vaillant installs) apply subject to annual servicing. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your property and existing system.
• Ensure safe, clear access to the work area on the agreed installation date.
• Confirm you are the property owner or have the owner's permission to authorise the work.

6. Cancellations and consumer rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel a contract entered into off-premises within 14 days. If you ask us to begin work within that period and later cancel, we may charge for work already carried out. To cancel, email admin@betaflouk.com.

7. Complaints

We aim to resolve any concerns quickly. Please email admin@betaflouk.com with full details and we will respond within 5 working days. Gas-related concerns can also be raised with Gas Safe Register (gassaferegister.co.uk).

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the price paid for those services.

9. Website use

Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. You must not misuse the site by introducing malicious material or attempting to gain unauthorised access. All trademarks and content are owned by BetaFlo Heating Solutions or its licensors.

10. Privacy

Information you submit through this site is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
