How much is a landlord gas safety certificate (CP12)?
Our partner rate is £85 and includes the boiler plus a gas hob or cooker. Additional gas appliances are £25 each, and duplicate certificate copies are included free of charge.
Can you combine the CP12 with an annual boiler service?
Yes. A CP12 and annual boiler service carried out on the same visit is £125 — less disruption for your tenant and one appointment to manage.
How quickly can you attend a tenant callout?
Partner agents and landlords get priority booking. We aim to respond to enquiries within the hour during business hours and attend urgent no-heat or no-hot-water jobs as quickly as possible.
Do you manage certificates and renewal reminders?
Yes. Premier Agent Partners get annual compliance tracking, CP12 and service renewal reminders, and digital certificate storage so nothing is ever missed.
