Recent boiler installations carried out by our local Gas Safe engineers
Polesworth is a historic village sat on the River Anker, with a real mix of stone cottages around the Abbey, post-war semis on the High Street side, and newer family estates pushing out towards Birch Coppice and Dordon. BetaFlo's local Gas Safe engineers fit fixed-price boilers across all of it, with honest advice on the right system for each home.
We're working in Polesworth and the surrounding villages most weeks — combi swaps in Dordon, system boiler upgrades in Warton, and the occasional tricky cylinder-cupboard install in the older properties closer to the Abbey. Birch Coppice's newer build estates tend to be straightforward like-for-like swaps where customers just want a longer warranty and lower bills.
We cover Polesworth and the surrounding villages including Dordon, Warton, Shuttington, Alvecote, Hall End, Birch Coppice, Grendon and out towards Austrey and Newton Regis.
Polesworth customers stick with us because we actually answer the phone after we've fitted your boiler. Every quote is fixed in writing before we book the job, our engineers are Gas Safe registered (936521), and any warranty work is handled by us directly — not bounced back to the manufacturer's call centre.
The older properties closer to the Abbey and along High Street often have airing-cupboard installs with tight access, which is where doing a proper survey before quoting matters. Out on the Birch Coppice and Dordon estates we more commonly see straight combi-to-combi swaps, where the focus is on correct sizing and a long manufacturer warranty rather than reworking the whole system.
A few examples of recent boiler installations completed by our local engineers.
Worcester Bosch 4000 combi installed in a 1990s semi in Dordon, replacing an old Vokera with full pipework refresh.
Baxi 800 system boiler fitted in a four-bed home in Warton, keeping the existing cylinder.
Combi swap completed in a stone cottage close to Polesworth Abbey, with new flue routing through the side elevation.
Vaillant ecoTEC combi upgrade in Birch Coppice, with 10-year warranty and magnetic filter.
Compact, efficient and ideal for most homes — instant hot water with no separate tank.
Perfect for larger family homes with higher hot-water demand and multiple bathrooms.
Like-for-like swaps or full upgrades, including removal and disposal of your old unit.
A-rated boilers with up to 12 years manufacturer warranty to cut bills and breakdowns.
Every quote is fully fixed before the install — no hidden costs or upsells on the day.
