12-month plan. Your annual service can be booked straight away, and breakdown repairs are covered from day 22, so the plan stays fair and affordable for every member. Boilers up to 10 years old qualify (older ones can be reviewed). Existing faults, electrical work and full boiler replacement aren't included. Your cover starts once we've checked your boiler and your first payment is confirmed.

HomeCare includes eligible repairs to standard steel panel radiators, including single-panel and double-panel radiators. If a standard radiator cannot reasonably be repaired, BetaFlo covers the fitting labour and you supply a suitable compatible standard replacement radiator. All towel rail replacements and designer or decorative radiator replacements are excluded.
Towel rails may be assessed for eligible mechanical repairs only. Attendance within 24 hours is a target, subject to availability, access, parts and circumstances—not a guarantee of repair within 24 hours. All cover is subject to the full agreement.

Your annual service can be booked as soon as you join. Breakdown repairs are covered from day 22 of your membership. This short settling-in period is standard across boiler cover and keeps prices low for everyone. If something goes wrong before then, we can still help, and we'll agree any cost with you before starting.
No. The free pre-membership visit checks boiler suitability. It is separate from the one annual boiler service included in each membership year.
Boilers must be no more than 10 years old when membership begins. Older boilers are flagged for manual review. All known faults must be disclosed; existing faults are excluded and may require separately quoted remedial work.
HomeCare covers fitting labour for a suitable customer-supplied standard steel panel radiator where repair is not reasonable. Towel rail, designer and decorative radiator replacements are excluded.
No. It is a service target, subject to engineer availability, property access, the fault, parts and circumstances outside BetaFlo’s reasonable control. It is not a repair-completion guarantee.
The initial term is 12 months. After that, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel after the initial term with 30 days’ notice. Statutory cooling-off rights apply as described in the full agreement.
No. General electrical work and whole-boiler replacement are excluded from both packages.
